Table Upload

This is used when you want to upload multiple pieces of data at once.

  1. Download Template: When Download Template is selected, an Excel upload template file is downloaded.

  2. Excel Upload: A popup screen is invoked where you can upload the Excel file you have prepared.

  3. Upload History: Displays the upload history of Excel files requested by the logged-in account. From this screen, you can check whethere the upload was successful or failed, and execute the process to apply it to the Console DB.

How to Create

  1. Template Download

    1. Select the Physical Layer > Table menu under the Object Explorer.
    2. Click on the Download Template button at the top of the Table List layout.
    3. Enter and save the data you wish to upload into the downloaded Excel file.

TIP

It is required to use the Template downloaded from the Studio for Excel uploads

  1. Excel Upload

    1. Select the Physical Layer > Table menu under the Object Explorer.
    2. Click the Excel Upload button at the top of the Table List layout to invoke the file uploader.
    3. Upload the Excel File you have prepared using the file uploader, then click the Next button to proceed to the preview screen.
    4. Check and verify through the displayed preview screen whether the data from the Excel file you have prepared has been correctly mapped.

    DANGER

    Only one file can be uploaded at a time, and the maximum number of rows is 100,000.

    The preview screen does not display all the entered data, but only the top 20 data.

    If the data confirmed on the preview screen has been entered incorrectly, click the Cancel button to cancel the upload, edit the Excel file, and then upload again.

    1. If all the data confirmed in the preview is correct, click the Request button at the bottom to request data upload.
  2. Upload History > Apply

    1. Click the Excel Upload Request History button at the top of the Table List layout.

    2. In the Excel Upload Request History list, verify that the uploaded file is displayed and check if the Status shows as Request, indicating it is currently uploading.

    3. Once the Status changes to Upload Complete, select the corresponding row and click the Detail button to open a popup screen. Here, you can review successful and failed data.

    Details

    Upload Status can be as shown below(Status) .

    • Request: Uploading a file to S3
    • Upload Complete: File Upload to S3 completed
    • Complete: Applied to console DB successfully.
    • Fail: Upload or application failed
    • Data Transfer: Applying to Console DB in progress.

    The Detail button is enabled only when the Status is Upload Complete.

    1. After reviewing the Detail popup screen, close it and click the Apply button to request application to the Console DB.

    Failed data will not applied to the Console Db upon click Apply.

    1. Verify that Status changes to Complete after the request.

    Apply is only possible for 24 hours after Upload Complete.

    Downloading the uploaded file is possible for 30 days.
