Use Check Box

You can configure the addition and usage of a Checkbox Column on the left side of the list. The default value for Use CheckBox is Not Applicable (N/A), meaning N/A. If you choose Yes, a column containing checkboxes will be created on the left side of each row in the list. This option is available for components in list format

In the Component Attribute, set the Use Checkbox to YES.
