Key-in Input Availability

The property that determines whether the Key-in feature, allowing direct input of time in addition to selecting options from the Dropdown List in the Time Select input field, is enabled or not.

The default value is N/A, which means the Key-in input is enabled. Selecting NO disables the feature.
