Parent Id

This attribute specifies the parent ID of the group code as a property of the Select Control.
It is an attribute that is activated only when the Check Parent Id value is N/A or YES,
and it specifies the upper value (Parent Id) in the common code group, similar to the existing Parent Id.

1. When the Check Parent Id Flag value is N/A, the Parent Id attribute is activated. In this case, for common codes with upper values, the Parent Id must be specified to display only the designated lower value.
2. When the Check Parent id Flag value is YES, the Parent id attribute is activated. In this case, for common codes with upper values, the Parent Id must be specified to display only the designated lower values.
3. The Parent Id attribute is hidden as an indication that the upper value is not checked
