New Password

This feature allows user to set up the process for issuing new passwords, which can be configured for each application and tenant. For new password issuance, only system-generated passwords can be used. The delivery channel can be selected between E-mail and Message.

If the delivery channel is set to Message for an application or tenant, and the user's phone number or country code information is missing, the new password will be automatically sent via Mail.

  • How To Create _Automatic Issuance-Email
  1. Select Email as the Delivery Channel.
  2. At the bottom of the New Password section, review the default Mail Template Setting that is called. Modify the subject or content if necessary.
  3. Click the Preview button at the top right of the Email Editor to view the preview screen, or use the Test Sending button to see how the modified content will be received.
  4. Click the Save button at the top right of the New Password section to save the changes..

  1. For New Password, the Password Issuance Option can only be set to Automatic Issuance.

  2. In the message body, replacement characters can only be used from the Replacement Data list. To input these characters, use the Mention feature that is called when you type #.

  3. During Test Sending, replacement characters from the Replacement Data will be replaced as follows:

    • #[Applicationname] → Actual application name (e.g., Education)
    • #[Tenantname] → Actual tenant name (e.g., educationAcc)
    • #[Username] → Actual user's name (e.g., 홍길동)
    • #[Password] → "ABC123"
    • #[Validityperiod] → "00"
