Deploy proccess

1. For new project

1. Project creation
2. Create source code and test
3. CheckIn (deploy)
4. Finish the deployment(Can check Remote Project)

2. For an existing project

1. . Open Download or Local in Remote Project
2. Lock project to be deploy in Remote Project
3. When it is locked by another user, it cannot be deployed or deleted.
4. CheckIn (deploy)
5. Finish the deployment (can check in Remote Project)
